About Coach Zishan

I did not build this coaching brand from a perfect life.
I built it by rebuilding my own.

If you trust me with your health, you should know who I am, what I have lived through, and why I care so much about helping busy professionals stop disappearing on themselves.

Fitness was part of my identity long before this website existed.

My name is Zishan. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Virtual Coaching Certified, and the Head of Technology at my company by day. But before titles, I was just someone who loved training and what it did for my confidence, discipline, and mindset.

I got serious about fitness in the early 90s. I competed in weightlifting, then moved into MMA, kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Training was not just something I did. It was part of how I lived.

Then life hit hard. Depression. Weight gain. Loss of rhythm. A medical misdiagnosis led to six weeks on prednisone while doctors looked for an answer that was not there. After that, I was told I had Type 2 Diabetes.

That could have been the point where everything stayed broken. Instead, it became the point where I rebuilt. Through structure, training, faith, and consistency, I reversed it and reclaimed my health.

That experience is why I coach the way I do now. I am not interested in hype, perfection, or fake urgency. I care about helping people build something real enough to survive a stressful job, family obligations, travel, and the weeks where motivation disappears.

I coach from real life, not from a bubble.

NASM Certified

Certified Personal Trainer plus Virtual Coaching Certified, so the structure is professional and the delivery works online.

30+ Years In Training

Weightlifting, MMA, kickboxing, BJJ, and decades of learning what actually produces durable results.

Built Around Busy Work

I lead in tech, so I understand the pressure, the meetings, the travel, and the mental load that wreck consistency.

Health Rebuilt

I reversed Type 2 Diabetes through structure, training, and habit change. That shaped how I think about coaching forever.
